1.3.1.6.4 Thomas Andrew Kessler (2 Oct 1849-2 Mar 1906)

Thomas was still living at home in 1880. In 1886 he was appointed constable of Frederick County District 15. He married Elizabeth C. ‘Lizzie’ Whalen Kessler (Nov 1853-2 Jul 1928) in 1890. They resided at 113 East Patrick Street in Frederick and had no children. He died of “consumption” (tuberculosis) at the age of 56. His wife, Lizzie, was living in an Asylum in 1920. She died in 1928 and was buried at Mount Olivet Cemetary in Frederick.
